1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the kix8 platform and all related services. This document forms a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and kix8.

By starting to use the kix8 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

kix8 reserves the right to change or amend these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after changes are published will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms. You are therefore advised to visit this page regularly.

2 Eligibility Requirements & Age Verification

The following eligibility requirements must be met to participate on the kix8 platform:

• You must be at least 21 years old. This age limit is strictly enforced.
• All information you provide must be accurate, complete, and truthful.
• You are using the platform for yourself, personally, and for entertainment purposes.
• Participating in online betting or casino activities is legally permitted in your area.

Age Verification

kix8 may request relevant documents (national ID, passport, or other government-issued documents) for age verification at any time. Withdrawals may be on hold until verification is complete.

If an account belonging to a minor is identified, it will be closed immediately and any deposited funds will not be returned.

3 Account Registration & Management

Account Creation

Each user may create only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, the additional accounts will be closed and any bonuses in those accounts may be cancelled.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details (username and password) confidential. Do not share this information with any third party. You will be held responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

Account Closure

kix8 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend or close any account in the following cases:

• If these Terms are violated
• If evidence of fraudulent activity is found
• If false information is provided
• If account-related rules are violated

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit Rules

Accepted methods for depositing funds at kix8 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.

Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit. Withdrawal processing generally takes 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, this time may increase if identity verification is in progress.

Before withdrawing, ensure that all bonus wagering requirements have been met. If wagering is incomplete, the withdrawal may be placed on hold.

Transaction Security

All financial transactions are secured using SSL encryption. kix8 will never ask for your mobile banking PIN or password.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Welcome Bonus

kix8 offers new players a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500.

Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met to receive the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated only at 15 times the bonus amount — not on the deposit amount.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have a specific validity period.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering must be completed first.
• If bonus abuse is attempted using multiple accounts, the accounts will be closed.
• kix8 reserves the right to change or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• If evidence of obtaining bonuses through fraudulent means is found, the bonus and associated winnings will be cancelled.

6 VIP Program & Loyalty Rewards

The kix8 VIP program has five tiers. Each tier offers the opportunity to earn weekly cashback:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

The specific requirements for reaching higher tiers are described in the VIP section of the platform. VIP benefits are personal and non-transferable. kix8 reserves the right to change the structure of the VIP program.

7 Prohibited Activities & Fair Play Policy

kix8 believes in a fair play policy. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Technical Prohibitions

• Placing bets using automated bots, scripts, or software
• Attempting to make unauthorised modifications to the platform's software
• Intentionally exploiting vulnerabilities or bugs
• Creating artificial connection delays to gain a technical advantage

Financial Prohibitions

• Money laundering or illegal financial activity
• Using stolen or fraudulent payment methods
• Coordinated betting for the purpose of bonus abuse
• Filing false chargeback or refund claims

Social Prohibitions

• Inappropriate or harassing behaviour towards other players
• Using indecent or abusive language towards the customer support team
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another player's account

Accounts of those involved in prohibited activities will be closed and all deposited funds and winnings may be fully forfeited.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

Bet Acceptance

kix8 reserves the right to accept or reject any bet. kix8 also has the right to cancel accepted bets due to technical issues. Bets placed at clearly incorrect odds may be cancelled.

Result Disputes

In the event of a dispute regarding a game result or bet calculation, the relevant game provider's logs and kix8's server records will be considered final. Contact [email protected] to resolve disputes.

Technical Issues

If a bet or game is interrupted midway due to a technical issue on the platform, kix8 will decide whether to refund the bet amount or restart the game. kix8's decision in this matter is final.

9 Responsible Gaming

• Setting deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly)

Under no circumstances will kix8's total liability exceed the amount deposited into your account during the relevant period.

13 Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

If resolution through negotiation is not possible, the path of mediation will be followed. By using the platform, the user agrees to this dispute resolution process.

Online betting activities may be restricted or prohibited under your local laws. You are solely responsible for complying with local laws.

14 Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful, invalid, or inapplicable by a court or competent authority, that provision will be severed from the Terms and the remaining Terms will remain fully in effect.

These Terms represent the entire agreement between kix8 and the user and supersede any prior oral or written understandings.
